Silver Moon, cast your shadow down, onto this troubled world
Show your face, I can feel the weight, I can feel the pull
Coyote calls, I follow the sound, I follow him down to the river
I make my way, by the shadows that dance from the light of the Silver Moon

And everything goes quiet, And the river becomes fire
And the fire rises high, and swallows up the sky

Silver Moon, where have you gone, and how will we find you tonight?
This angry fire, won’t share the sky, it’s gonna’ burn us alive, alive

All of the wild things, all of the water
All of the beasts and sons and daughters
Cowered to the fire, afraid of getting burned
‘Cause the thing they never learned
Is to fight for what they have not earned
The light, light of the Silver Moon

They fought with guns, they fought with bombs,
they fought with angry words
They screamed so loud, like the echo of a million raging birds
Then Coyote called, “tell the rain and the clouds, and all of the stars above
To find the Silver Moon, and fight the fire, fight the fire with love”

And the fire rolls and turns, And the air around us burns
